Seniors Celebrate Graduation from Senior-Net Computer Course
Seniors display their certificates after the "Pomp and Circumstance" ceremony denoting the completion of their coursework from Emmaus' Cyber Senior-Net Computer Class. Twenty-two seniors completed the eight week course. A special thanks to the HRC Foundation, Community Technology Centers' Network, Connections for all Accessibility Institute and AT&T for their generous support.
As Emmaus celebrates its 30th year, we are pleased to introduce a new tradition in our history as we pay tribute to the legacy of Dr. Arthur S. Flemming with an award in his honor. The Arthur S. Flemming Senior Advocate Award is an opportunity to recognize an individual and/or organization that has worked to help seniors remain active, respected, independent and vital members of their communities.
